Wear & Care Guide
How to Wear Contact Lenses in 4 Easy Steps
-
Wash Your Hands – Before you begin, wash your hands thoroughly with soap, rinse well, and dry them with a lint-free towel.
-
Check the Lens Orientation – Place the lens on the tip of your finger and ensure it's not inside out. If the edges curve outward, flip it. It should look like a smooth bowl with straight edges.
-
Hold Your Eyelids – Use one hand to gently hold your upper eyelid to prevent blinking, and use the other to pull down your lower eyelid.
-
Insert the Lens – Look upward and steadily place the lens on your eye. Slowly release your eyelid, blink a few times, and allow the lens to settle. Repeat for the other eye.
